Key Configurations
Type & Quantity: Usually adopts centrifugal water pumps (with high lift and large flow rate, suitable for most water supply scenarios). The number of pumps is generally 2-4 (1-2 as standby pumps), which avoids water supply interruption caused by single-pump failure and realizes "alternate operation" to extend the service life of equipment.
Motor Configuration: Equipped with variable-frequency three-phase asynchronous motors (instead of fixed-speed motors). The motor speed can be adjusted in real time according to the pressure signal, which fundamentally solves the energy waste problem of "fixed-speed operation regardless of water demand" in traditional systems.
Material Selection: The pump body and impeller are often made of 304 stainless steel or cast iron with anti-corrosion coating—304 stainless steel is preferred in scenarios with high water quality requirements (such as residential water supply and hospital water supply) to prevent rust and water pollution.
