Product Overview

The XBD-L series fire pumps include single-suction, single-stage pumps. They are designed for conveying clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water.

These pumps are mainly used for boosting and delivering water in fire-fighting systems, and can also be applied to water supply and drainage in factories and mines. The flow rate range of the conveyed liquid is 5~330 L/S, the pressure range is 0.2~2.25 MPa, the matching power range is 4~160 kW, and the caliber range is DN50~DN250 mm.

Product Features
The pump features a compact structure, small volume and an attractive appearance. Its vertical structure ensures a small installation footprint, and its center of gravity coincides with the center of the pump base, thus enhancing the operational stability and service life of the pump.
Both the suction port and discharge port of the pump are in the horizontal direction, which simplifies pipeline connection.
The pump pressure can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of pump stages and cutting the outer diameter of the impeller as needed, without changing the installation footprint. This is a feature not available in other types of pumps.
The pump rotor has a small deflection, ensuring stable operation, low vibration, low noise and a long service life.

Main Applications

The XBD-L series fire pumps are mainly used for boosting and delivering water in fire-fighting system pipelines. They are also suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressure boosting and water supply in high-rise buildings, long-distance water delivery, heating, bathrooms, pressure boosting for boiler cold and hot water circulation, water supply in air-conditioning refrigeration systems, and equipment supporting applications, among other scenarios.
