Key Configurations

Pump Body (Outer Cylinder/Casing)
It has an overall vertical cylindrical structure and serves as the "outer shell" of the pump. It houses components such as impellers and guide vanes, while forming a closed channel for liquid flow.
A discharge flange is arranged at the top, through which the pressurized liquid is discharged. A suction flange is installed at the bottom (or lower part of the side), through which the liquid to be transported enters the pump. In some models, the suction flange is integrally formed with the pump body to ensure sealing.

Impeller (Working Wheel)
As the core power component, it is usually a centrifugal impeller (a few are mixed-flow type). The material is selected from cast iron, stainless steel (304/316), fluoroplastic, etc., depending on the transported medium.
The number of impellers is "multistage" (commonly 2-10 stages, which can be increased or decreased according to the required lift). All impellers are fixed on the same pump shaft and arranged vertically in sequence. When the pump shaft drives the impellers to rotate at high speed, the liquid in the impellers is thrown to the edge of the impellers under the action of centrifugal force, gaining kinetic energy and pressure energy to complete the initial pressure boosting.
