The vertical single-stage pipeline pump is a type of centrifugal pump with a compact structure and high efficiency and energy-saving performance. It gets its name from its vertical installation, single impeller (single-stage design), and the ability to be directly connected in series to pipeline systems. Widely used in liquid transportation scenarios across industrial, civil, and municipal fields, its core advantages include a small footprint, easy installation, and compatibility with the pressure and flow requirements of pipeline systems.

Motor: Typically a vertical three-phase asynchronous motor, which is located at the top of the pump body. It connects to the pump shaft via a coupling or directly, serving as the power source. The motor housing is mostly equipped with cooling fins to ensure effective heat dissipation during long-term operation.
Pump Cover and Pump Casing: The pump casing features a volute structure (designed to collect the liquid thrown out by the impeller and convert it into pressure energy). The pump cover and pump casing are hermetically connected by bolts, and sealing elements (such as mechanical seals and packing seals) are installed inside to prevent liquid leakage. For some models, the pump casing is made of stainless steel to be suitable for conveying corrosive liquids.
